At the recent African American Film Critics Association Awards, Will Smith received an award for his role in the film Liberation, writes ENews. This first appearance of the actor after the scandalous slap in the face of Chris Rock was a truly significant and spectacular event, given the role he had to play.
Last year at the Oscars, Chris Rock joked about the illness of the actor’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, leading the actor to take the stage himself and slap Chris on the cheek. For this he was banned for ten years from attending all events of the American Film Academy.
