According to the expert, Kirkorov is a unique artist. In an exclusive interview with our portal, the expert told why many years later Kirkorov is still the “number one” artist in our country and whether there is an example of someone who will ascend the throne of the monarch.

“This is a marathon runner. He has a slew of hits that have become iconic in his work and in Russian pop music. All these years he was able to adapt to trends and experiment, do unimaginable things: collaborations with rappers and clips in a rocker style ”, recalls the journalist.

Polupanov noted that the performer of “Bunny” is not afraid to try himself in different genres. And although they did not always give 100% success, Kirkorov managed to secure his name on the front pages of the press.

“He turned scandals in his direction. The situation turned against him only when, as Igor Krutoy said, he “scorched the earth in his soul.” The public forgave him for these failures. He was reborn like a phoenix after every scandal,” emphasized the specialist.

Philip Kirkorov manages to remain interesting to the public thanks to workaholism. Polupanov believes that even the artist’s too frequent performances “did not overfeed” the audience. There is always interest in him. This is also apparent from the fact that the singer’s performances always bring in a full house.

“There’s a main characteristic in him – he’s a man of celebration. He’s not the kind of performer who at 55 years old says he’s tired and leaves. Even in this difficult time, he manages to make a vacation ‘ the expert admired.

Polupanov is sure: Alla Pugacheva’s ex-husband is so firmly entrenched as the country’s main artist that no one will have enough talent to replace him.

“Until now I don’t think anyone was standing next to him. Young artists still have to go this way to get closer to him. It’s not all about hitting the charts, but you have to hold the audience’s attention for decades, and he does it. We have no other such artists. And I don’t see an aging performer, a crashed pilot.
