Not a Turkish prince, but Harry Potter.
Şehzade Mehmet was the firstborn of Hürrem Sultan and Suleiman. Since childhood, the boy was surrounded by love and care, it was for him that his father read the throne after his death.
The adult heir to the throne was now played by one of Turkey’s favorite actors, Gurbey Ileri. However, the artist who embodied the image of the “prince” in his youth was no less memorable. He was Arda Anarat, at the time of filming he was only 12.
In recent years, Anarat has matured, and now, thanks to his role in The Magnificent Century, he is successfully conquering the movie Olympus. He appeared in the equally popular projects “Resurrected Ertugrul”, “Cukur” and “You are my Motherland”, recalls Komsomolskaya Pravda.
The appearance of the young talent has also changed. The 23-year-old boy’s appearance has become more self-confident, his hair is darker, he has a beard and wears round glasses, reminiscent of a Harry Potter accessory.
