Megan McKenna got her first tattoo of the word “Yeehaw” on her finger in a nod to her new career as a country singer.
The former reality TV star, 30, took to Instagram to show off her brand new ink to her 2.5 million followers.
In a post on Sunday, Megan tagged her London-based celebrity tattoo artist, who has inked Premier League footballer Mason Mount, singer Sam Smith and David Beckham’s son Romeo, among others.
Megan’s new career of releasing music and touring is a world away from her days on hit reality series TOWIE, Big Brother and Ex On The Beach.
She’s revamped her personality since appearing on The X Factor: Celebrity – of which she was crowned the winner when she landed a record deal with Syco.

Megan posted a black and white photo of her looking at her tattoo artist and concentrating on two of her fingers as he inked and wrote the message “Cowgirls first ink”.
In a close up of the small tattoos, her ring finger had the word “yeehaw” in a typewriter font and a small red line heart on her pinky.
Megan previously wrote about her “difficult” journey to “prove” to the public that her passion is in music.
Megan wrote on her social media profile in November: “Proving to so many people that music is my passion and where I belong has been a difficult journey.
“I know some of you have supported me since my TV days and followed me in the pursuit of my true dream.
“I can’t thank you all enough from the bottom of my heart for how grateful I am to be able to do what I love as my full time job.
“I remember seeing Spotify being covered by other artists and wishing I could post one! I’m so proud of my listener and stream growth this year and couldn’t do it without you all.
“What a way to end my year… these numbers and I’m about to hit the road! I LOVE YOU MY COUNTRY BABY – All I Ever Wanted Is… The!’

It comes after Megan posed for a few pictures on the beach during her extravagant £1,200-a-night break to the Maldives last week.
The reality star singer, 30, flashed her toned midriff in a chic white tie-front bandeau top and coordinating tour mini skirt.
The former TOWIE personality wore a pair of chunky silver hoop earrings as she enjoyed a sunset stroll along the beach.
She styled her long dark brown locks back into a slicked-back bun and applied a radiant make-up palette for the evening.

Megan has been keeping fans updated via social media, with the star also enjoying a luxury holiday to the Indian Ocean island paradise.

Since being in the Maldives, Megan’s posts from the trip have piled up and she’s been sharing some photos of her daily activities on her Stories.
Enjoying a day out on a glamorous boat with her sister Milly, she looked sensational on the trip, showing off her toned figure in a zebra-print mesh top for a shot.
