Real-life best friends who rose to fame as Donna and Kelly spelling aaron producing series for teens, spilled the tea when talking about her new collaboration with QVC, aptly named BFF Collection. “Yeah, it was fun and well done,” said Jennie, 50 New York mail in an interview earlier this week. Tori agreed, saying, “It would be crazy to be Donna and Kelly again.”
“We both love the show and would probably never say no,” continued Tori, whose father created the series. “We wouldn’t be upset if we went back to work with all our friends. This is our heart,” he added. In recent months, the show has gained a new legion of fans thanks to its broadcast on Paramount+.

Of course, the series has had spin-offs and reincarnations: in the 90s, Beverly Hills, 90210 was in charge of sister programs Melrose Place – which became a huge hit in its own right, starring Erica Locklear – as well as the short duration models inc.. The show saw a second generation with 2008. 90210 hero shenae grimes, Anna Lynne McCord AND Dustin Milligan – with Tori and Jennie in supporting roles.

The last reboot of the series was BH90210 which saw original cast members play enhanced, fictionalized versions of themselves years after the show ended its original run. The show received mixed reviews in the summer of 2019, with many fans asking for a proper reboot where the cast played their original characters, including Donna and Kelly.
Regardless, the one-off miniseries showcased the real-life relationships the actors formed off-screen. “I don’t have a real sister, so she’s my sister,” Tori said of Jennie, who also chimed in.
“We’ve experienced something unlike anything else together for 10 years,” Jennie added. “We had such a focused time together [on set]. It’s been a very formative year and I think a lot of other people can’t relate to that.”
