She wore her short curls down and around her face, neatly smooth and with her orange streaks.
Her makeup included a smoky and heavily lined eye and a nude lip.

She went to the same restaurant with Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly in December.

Two decades since her 2002 debut album Let Go catapulted her to international fame, Avril said she has always “taken her own reins” with her career and is not afraid to be herself.
“I’ve always called myself Mother F***in’ Princess because I’m my own boss,” she said.
“My opinion hasn’t really changed, except that I started when I was 17 and I’m a woman now.”

Avril, who recently signed to Travis Barker’s label, says she has learned a lot in the industry over the years, keeps her family close and remains authentic in herself and her music.
“The industry has changed a lot,” she says.
“People are buying fewer albums and streaming more than ever. Social media clearly plays a big role in this and I like to use it when it comes naturally to me. But my whole life music comes first. The music has to be great before anything else matters.”
Avril also had an inspirational message for her fans, telling them to be happy in their own skin and saying, “You don’t have to be like someone else to be great.”
