We envy anyone who has an air conditioner (or even better a portable fan) at home and in the office. But for others there is a solution – cosmetics with a cooling effect. That’s why we’ve raised funds to replenish even when it’s +30 degrees below.
for office
In the summer (and not only) every workplace should have a moisturizing spray. First, take small breaks from work. The second is to moisturize dry skin (and even in a hot room if there is no air conditioning). One question remains – what to choose among the abundance of different and not always familiar products.
fog

A weightless formula that is instantly absorbed and saturates the skin with moisture and beneficial ingredients. Its formula is based on thermal, spring, sea or normal purified water. It is often supplemented with vitamins and plant extracts for different effects (moisturizing or toning). The mist can be used at any time – after cleaning, on makeup during the day, in the office or on the street. Of course, useful components practically do not pass through the cosmetic layer, but restore the water balance and, most importantly, cool.
Thermal water

Thermal water is extracted from underground sources and is rich in calcium, magnesium, silicon, zinc and other trace elements. It differs from mist in a more “clean” composition – extracts and vitamins are usually not added. But you can use it as a mist anytime and anywhere (or even spray it on your hair).
hydrolate

Less known compared to other drugs is hydrolate. This is a liquid obtained by extracting essential oil by distillation. It sounds complicated, but the process is actually simple: for example, steam is passed through rose flowers, which, together with pressure, releases active substances. The steam is saturated with useful elements, passes through a condenser, which cools it and turns it back to liquid. Two layers are formed in the liquid – essential oil and water. The first is separated and a hydrolate is obtained – water with a small amount of essential oil. This product moisturizes the skin, restores the pH balance and refreshes it.
For home
The main salvation of the house, of course, is the shower. However, its refreshing effect can always be increased in additional ways.
body scrub

Body scrubs are often labeled as “cooling,” but that’s not always true. So to really refresh the product, look for peppermint, menthol, vetiver, sandalwood or rose oil in its composition.
Creams for face and body

Apply moisturizer or gel after showering to prolong its effect. Secondly, it is based on water and special moisture-retaining substances, so its texture is lighter and weightless. Look for aloe vera, peppermint, and other cooling ingredients in your products.
