This autumn can rightfully be considered the season of new nail art. Before she even tried the turtle print, Selena Gomez showed off her new nails in a dark green shade.
Tom Bachik, the manicurist for the singer and other celebrities (Jennifer Lopez, Camila Cabello), shared a photo of the work and captioned it: “Who doesn’t love fall green?” The color is similar to emerald, but some influencers are comparing it to the color of apple cider, referencing Selena’s orange juice-inspired summer manicure.
Selena Gomez isn’t the only one inspired by drinks when choosing a manicure. Heidi Klum’s nails were compared to vanilla tea, and Hailey Bieber’s nails were compared to coffee. By the way, last year there was a trend for soft green “matcha latte” manicure. So it wouldn’t be surprising if a “lavender raffe” or “strawberry smoothie” appeared soon.
