Fashion Week was held in Milan between 17 and 23 September, where the spring-summer 2025 new collections of famous brands were exhibited. Designers surprised with stylish modern ideas and sexuality. But the real fashion event awaited influencers in Paris from September 23 to October 1. Images of iconic designers were presented in the capital. Models who impress not only with their looks but also with their make-up gave us dozens of references. We have compiled for you the main beauty trends of Fashion Weeks that will be fashionable in next year’s summer and spring, but you can repeat them this autumn if you wish.
Post-workout makeup

At the first fashion show of Paris Fashion Week, Maria Grazia Chiuri (designer Christian Dior) presented her new collection 2025. The collection was inspired by Amazon warriors. Models appeared on the catwalk with slightly flowing wings and a natural blush. As Dior’s image director explained, stylists wanted to create the image of a strong woman returning from the battlefield (or at least training).
Thin eyebrows Marni

At Milan Fashion Week, Francesco Risso (creative director of the Marni brand) created a collection inspired by expressionism. It combined voluminous clothes and small prints. Models wore puffy dresses and oversized jackets with minimal makeup and an emphasis on thin eyebrows. The designer wanted to show that many trends can be different.
smoky eyes Gucci

Gucci creative director Sabato de Sarno was inspired by the moment when the sun disappears below the sea horizon at the end of an August day. Models wore beach hats, large sunglasses, bandanas and natural makeup. But in order not to simplify the image too much, the designer added a highlight to the eyes in the form of dark smokey eyes.

Ferragamo SS2025
The clean girl aesthetic could not escape the Paris catwalks. Make-up artists at the Salvatore Ferragamo, Prada and JW Anderson fashion shows chose the “no make-up” option for the models. They combined bright tone and natural tones. The main idea was to move away from established traditions and prefer naturalness.

Simone Rocha SS2025
-
Versace SS2025
Versace and Simone Rocha caught this trend with natural makeup but emphasized red lips. Stylists combined even tone and bright burgundy lipstick. Versace makeup artist Pat McGrath said the dark shade makes the look rebellious and vibrant.
“Cat eyes” Gucci

In addition to smoky eyes, some Gucci models also wore “cat eye” effect makeup. Make-up artists drew wide arrows, highlighting the mucous membrane with a black pencil. Stylists wanted to create a simple and natural look, so the models’ makeup, appearance and hairstyles were simple and did not contain bright details.
Federico Cina colored ink

Colored mascaras have been on trend for almost a year now. During Milan Week, Federico Cina brand models wore yellow eyelashes. According to the designer, brooms bloom every spring in his hometown of Sarsin. They inspired him to create a collection of yellow elements.

There were lots of flowers at Milan Fashion Week. Make-up artists of the brands Luisa Beccaria, Marques’Almeida, Chopova Lowena created images of models with mint, light green and pink shades. Designers wanted to reflect the brightness of summer and the freshness of spring.
Harris Reed doll makeup

Harris Reed makeup artist Sophia Tilbury was inspired by porcelain dolls. She wore a light shade, bright blush and false eyelashes. After the show, the Dollcore aesthetic emerged, consisting of lots of pastel tones and lace.
Bottega Veneta Silver Mascara

Mathieu Blasi (designer of the Bottega Veneta brand) did a “childhood” demonstration when we tried on the looks and showed them to our parents. Guests sat on couches shaped like animals and models wore shapeless outfits. The silver mascara resembled a Christmas tree ornament. This is how the fashion designer recreated the atmosphere of a children’s fairy tale.
