Split ends can appear even in healthy-looking hair. Why does this happen and how to get rid of dry strands?
Why are my ends splitting?
It can have many causes, from improper hair care to regular use of hot tools (hair dryer or curling iron). To the list of reasons for split ends, you can also add lack of vitamins and microelements in the body and environmental effects (low temperatures and wind). Due to all of the above, the protective cuticle of the hair weakens, so the strands become more brittle over time. This leads to split ends.
What should you do to keep your hair healthy?

Only scissors will help you get rid of split ends, so first you need to cut dry hair and only after that review your care and follow some tips:
– Eat properly. The most important but also the most difficult point. The body needs to have enough vitamins to reach hair, skin and everything else.
– Choose the right skin care products. Cosmetics should be selected individually according to hair type.
— Provide additional nutrition to your hair during the autumn-winter period. Now your strands need more moisture, so it’s worth adding moisturizing and nourishing masks to your regular care.
– Handle wet hair carefully. They should not be combed or injured.
— Use heat protectants when blow drying and styling with a curling iron. This will protect your hair from high temperatures.
