The BBC event season has arrived. In these spring/summer months, weddings, communions and other ceremonies take place, heralding the return of dreamy dresses and suits. The ones with a satin effect, with ruffles, voluminous sleeves and prints as strong as the flowers triumph again. The same is happening in the beauty sector and more specifically in the make-up and manicure sector. Numerous celebrities reaffirmed the success of the French manicure, both in the classic version and in full color, of the eyes foxy and the red lips, with a matte effect, complete the minimalist looks. The blue eyeshadow and the eyeliner white, featured in the Dior parade, is another hit.

And the bows? Both in the high and the low version, they manage to give the most minimalist guest look the right elegant touch. Rosi Fernández, stylist and director of the Ananda Ferdi Beauty Salon in Madrid, reveals it step by step:

  1. We prep the hair by pre-marking it to give it body.
  2. We keep the hair above the crown in a ponytail. In this case we have given volume to the front part, but we can also choose to leave it tight.
  3. Once the ponytail is ready, we divide it in half and intertwine the two strands of the ponytail. Once intertwined, we roll them on themselves, form the arch and choose the desired height. We hold it down using some forks.
