Constance’s illness

Hortense continues to have strange reactions to the Institute. Thus, during a lecture, chef Guinot surprises Eliott and Célia by refusing to taste his food. He justifies himself by saying that tasting scallops in the morning is impossible for him and asks his teacher to test the food for him. An act that angers Enzo, who makes fun of him before being put in his place by Chief Guinot. But when he realizes that his comrade has not been punished, his anger rises even more.

Constance invited Teyssier over for a coffee at Double A to talk about her mood. But her husband always focuses on himself. So much so that he starts the discussion by reminding the menus of the Institute’s restaurant. Constance later says that she has been asking herself questions about her life and can’t stand the fact that her daily life consists of listening to other people’s problems and treating them both at school and at home. Teyssier doesn’t take these secrets seriously and tells him he just needs a vacation. She suggests going to one of her coworkers’ establishments for the weekend, which doesn’t please Constance, who knows she’ll only be talking about cooking there. Teyssier quickly walks away after he promises not to talk about work during their escape.

Worried about Hortense, chef Guinot finds Tom at the pop-up Easter shop. She pulls him aside and says he learned from Gaëtan that he sent the videos. He defends himself by explaining that Hortense had pasted his name on the wall and called him charo. But Claire accuses him of harassing him and asks him to transfer all the videos to her. He obeys after pretending that he no longer owns them. Before she leaves him, the chief announces that he will be fired if he releases a new video. Troubled Tom asks Kelly for advice. The latter suggests listening to the chief, who seems angry during their exchange.

Is there a baby at the Institute soon?

Constance meets Landiras at the Institute park and apologizes for her behavior last time. She reassures him that he understands her and that her job is to take care of people, not play everyone’s mom. She is aware that she is wondering about the meaning of her life. Meanwhile, Clotilde announces to the freshmen that they have a surprise assessment in pairs. Finding herself all alone, Jasmine insists on working with Axel despite not being a student. The chief finally agrees and states to the young woman that she will not receive any preferential treatment for her rating.

Chief Guinot watches videos of Hortense and discovers a recording of himself filming himself in underwear and talking about his obesity and everything he doesn’t like about it. He envies Anaïs, who finds herself dreadful, banal, and a dream body for him. So much so that sometimes she even wants to kill him. In the locker room, Eliott warns Mehdi that Hortense is no longer what she used to be. She points out that for her, breakups and videos aren’t the only related issues. Mehdi doesn’t worry until she hears that her ex-girlfriend has vomited in the toilet. He waits for her to come out and question him, but their argument is heated. Hortense denies vomiting before claiming to be sick from stress. Later, she loses her temper, accusing him of turning a blind eye to her problem. Evaluation expires for 1st year. The Amber dish seduces the chef, but the dish prepared by Jasmine and Axel is much less so. If he notices that the couple is communicating well, he signals the lack of time and simply puts 12/20.

Clotilde later finds Constance. The second tells him about his argument with Teyssier. His friend realizes that he did not hear her and is not happy. Constance admits that the accommodation offered by her husband will not help with anything, but that she no longer knows what she wants. Leaving the class, Amber insists on Jasmine’s bad grade because of Axel. Jasmine doesn’t care and explains that she will make up for it later. She is happy, she even holds Axel’s hand. Mehdi tells Célia and Eliott about his argument with Hortense. Thinking about everything wrong with her, Celia wonders out loud if she’s pregnant.

Effective power-ups

After an argument with Constance in the garden, Landiras goes to see her at the infirmary. She offers him a cup of coffee and admits that he was thinking about what he just said to her. He reminds them that when they met later, he loved the guitar. Constance later realizes that she really misses the instrument. Mehdi starts looking for Hortense. When she looks like she’s hiding something in a bag, she finds it at the commissary. She announces that she understands what she is hiding and asks if she is pregnant. If that’s the case, she insists she’ll be there for him and the baby. Hortense denies that she is expecting a child and asks her to stop looking for her problem.

At Teyssiers, Charlène teases Axel about her surprise pairing with Jasmine during class. He responds by saluting the kindness and generosity of the young woman who takes the time to explain things to him, even if his grade is down. Charlène says she acted like this because she fell in love with him. She reminds me that she needs to talk to Jasmine so she doesn’t think they’re a couple. While Hortense is eating in her bed, Chief Guinot comes into her room. He tells her to watch his videos that do not please the young woman. The chief insists on knowing what’s wrong, but Hortense doesn’t say anything. Claire tells her that she took refuge in food after a disappointment in love and that it is difficult to get out of it alone. Hortense later admits to being bulimic.
