Chef Cardone capitalizes on the opening of the seminar to suggest that all the major culinary schools should come together to form an international organization that can attract the largest foreign chefs. Standing by his side against the guest chefs, Emmanuel Teyssier is ironic about this project that will bring nothing to the Institute. He adds that he can start an annex of his own school if he wants to shine internationally.

Chef Cardone, humiliated by Teyssier, can count on the support of chef Ferrigno, who finds his idea interesting. He offers to change Emmanuel’s mind, but in return asks him to vote for the colt in France’s Best Worker because he has enemies on the jury.

Ferrigno relies on his son Theo to persuade Teyssier. He insists, saying he may have a different opinion than his father and needs your help defending the project. Even if he doesn’t like the idea, it makes him realize that it is not in his interest as a member of the Circle to refuse to help him.

As Eliott and Jude prepare for their presentation, Brice comes to provoke them. Greg intervenes and threatens to shoot him if Brice attacks them. He plays comedy to carry out his plan.

Salomé accidentally runs into Thomas at the CDI. He realizes that he has borrowed a book he recommended in class. She takes the opportunity to ask him how he has been since their kiss and admits to her that he has always thought about it and has no regrets. Salomé says nothing happened and the matter is closed.

Enzo and Anaïs practice on buns in the studio. Kelly joins them and asks about the course her father taught. She asks who Salome is working with. They admit that you gave up the module for him. Kelly regrets and thinks about her mean aunt.

Eliott thanks Greg for defending Jude earlier and kisses him passionately. She tells him that she misses the kind Greg and reminds her that it is not easy when she is bullied. She initially goes back to what her boyfriend and Lionel did to her. She admits that she never mentioned it again because she loves him, and assures him that she can trust him.
