Your character Franck, who appeared in the previous season, is back. His presence seems to cause some tension. Why? Why ?
Arie Elmaleh: It’s a ball! He was the husband of Mélisa Sainte-Rose (Sonia Rolland, editor’s note), the father of her children, also the lover of Gaëlle Crivelli (Beatrice de La Boulayto). He comes to win her back by playing the disinterested friendship card. For this, he applies the following proverb: “Follow him, he runs away from you, flee from him, he follows you. » There is a scene where Franck tells himself that he just wants to be his friend because, in any case, it never really worked out between them. This word quickly stings the young woman. I loved playing these seduction scenes with Béatrice, she is wonderfully spontaneous.
What kind of man is he?
Fantastic and unpredictable. Franck is an adult who doesn’t want to grow up. The type of role that is often entrusted to me and that I enjoy playing.
We discover your musician and singer. Do you have any hidden talents?
I am the jack of all trades. As a hobby I can do many things: dancing, singing, carpentry or photography. (laughs)
We can see you in the series Darknet-sur-Mer, which has been broadcast on Prime Video since October 7th.
A fargo-style black comedy by Artus and Theo Hernandez and the Coen brothers. I play an Albanian gangster who is a dangerous psychopath who likes to joke. For two months, I coached two Albanian actors to learn my lines in their mother tongue.
You recently switched to the other side of the camera, it’s up to us to shoot episodes of Tomorrow. When will you shoot your movie?
I have a writing project, a social comedy that I can’t talk much about at the moment.
