In the morning, Emmanuel pressures his son to have his dessert served in Madrid. Theo is surprised and thinks he has a little more time to prepare. When his father leaves the kitchen, Theo complains to his sister by Emmanuel’s “tribal chief”. She reminds him that this is an opportunity for him to seize and that he is happy to take his place if he doesn’t want to.
Ambre and Jasmine are happy to visit aioli again. When they came to Louis’ class, they were disappointed because Kelly announced that she had changed everything after her criticism of her exercise and asked students to remake a recipe she usually presented to students at 3 in a few hours.to year. They get angry and blame their classmates for talking too much.
Enzo is taken to the Circle with a tasting of chili peppers, which is just a formality for him. He worries about Theo’s absence, but Vic assures him that he will come. As Enzo finishes writing his worst secret to put in the sealed vase, Enzo sees Theo arrive to announce his departure from the Circle. When he leaves, Enzo asks Vic if he knows about it, but he lies that he doesn’t. Enzo seems annoyed and less enthusiastic about the Circle.
Olivia admits to Claire that she has a new suspect for her love note. She thinks of Joachim, Chief Armand’s boyfriend and head of maintenance at the institute. Claire is skeptical because she is not a happy young man with Clotilde. She also explains that she’s not Olivia’s type because she sees him with a more elegant person.
Transport
Samia and Billie are worried. After Théo leaves Cercle, they think Enzo won’t be able to stay with them long. Vic asks them to put pressure on him and Teyssier assures them that he will take care of his son. He will use his mistakes to bring her back because he needs her not to be kicked out of the institute.
Théo presents his first recipe ideas to his father, but he rejects them all. He even accuses her of not working hard on these suggestions. Theo gets carried away and reminds him that time is short as he also has to lead Double A.
Louis goes to see Kelly in the garden. She tells him she only has a few hours to finish her recipe, but she packs it in, saying that she manages her time as she pleases. She adds that because of the change in exercise, no one in her class talks to her anymore. Louis provokes him by saying that his father failed, if he became a baker, it was because he failed in the institute competition. For him, that is why he does not want to see his daughter, because he succeeded where he failed. Therefore, she forces him to work to make his father regret not wanting to know him.
At Double A, Theo is about to accidentally send two plates of peanuts to a table where one of his customers is allergic. Axel notices this and warns him. Claiming to want to help him, Vic insists on Theo’s pressure from his father, fearing that he will catch up. She lies to him, saying that Hortense has done everything to destroy him and is condescending to the point of harassment.
Lies
Olivia asks Joachim if he is the author of the word. She laughs and remembers falling in love with Clotilde. She says it could be a message written by one student to another student.
Théo thanks Axel for providing this during the service and apologizes for his recent reluctance because of his father. Axel assures him that Emmanuel has a tough but good track record, that he cares for him, that he knows he has talent, and that pressure is his way of saying he loves him. Vic arrives on the scene.
Olivia mentions the word at the end of her lesson and leaves it on the table if a student asks. Seeing Ethan’s embarrassment, Samia realizes that the message came from him. She reminds us that everything between them is over. But when he throws the paper in the trash, he takes it back.
During Louis’ class, re-energized Kelly overcomes herself while Amber and Jasmine struggle. Also, Louis only tastes Kelly’s most elegant dish for him. Salomé later meets and thanks him. He checked and Kelly’s father never applied to the institute. Therefore, she realized that she was doing this to help a student who had gone through the same thing as her.
Emmanuel meets Axel in the hallway and tells him about Theo’s mistake. Axel defends his cousin by showing the pressure he’s been through. Overhearing this conversation, Vic goes to talk to Theo and convinces him that his father is criticizing him behind his back. He lies to Axel again, telling Axel that he only worked on dessert with Theo because Constance was pushing him and he wanted to do this challenge with Axel.
