20th Century Studios and Garage Beer have released a new sci-fi short Thermal humand it’s as ridiculous as it sounds. The short film is a parody inspired by Predator and stars Jason Kelce, Matt CardonaAND BeauAllenand is intended to promote both the Garage Beer brand and the next one Predator: Badlands movie.
This new short film is both a love letter and a tongue-in-cheek tribute to the 1987 action classic Predator, the one that gave us Arnold Schwarzenegger, Carl Weathersand lots of jungle chaos.
While Thermal Buzz is technically a branded marketing product, it was produced in collaboration with 20th Century Studios.
As the official description anticipates: “The film follows two men who face predators in the jungle while enjoying a refreshing beer. In collaboration with 20th Century Studios and the release of Predator: BadlandsGarage Beer and Jason Kelce return to the screen with Thermal Buzz, an homage to the original 1987 Predator starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Directed by Jordan Phoenixwho worked on other Brewmite shorts, Thermal hum it feels like a silly mix of macho nostalgia and beer-soaked fun.
