The wizarding world comes to life again with the full audio trailer for HARRY POTTER AND THE SORCERER’S STONE

The magic of Harry Potter is about to be reimagined in a way fans have never heard before. Pottermore Publishing and Audible have revealed the trailer for Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (Full-Cast Audio Edition), the first chapter of the brand new collection Harry Potter: The Full-Cast Audio Editions.

Releasing November 4, 2025, this ambitious new version of the classic story invites listeners to return to Hogwarts with an incredible ensemble cast and stunning sound production.

These new full-cast productions promise a truly cinematic audio experience, fusing over 200 voice actors, Dolby Atmos sound design, original music and real-world soundscapes to bring JK Rowlingthe world comes to life in extraordinary detail. It’s the Wizarding World as an immersive sonic adventure, not just a narrative.

The star-studded formation includes Cush Jumbo OBE as a narrator, Hugh Laurie as Albus Dumbledore, Matthew Macfadyen as Lord Voldemort, Riz Ahmed as Professor Snape, Kit Harington as Professor Lockhart, and Keira Knightley as Professor Umbridge.

Join them are Ivan Rheon in the role of Professor Lupine, Ruth Wilson as Bellatrix LestrangeSimon Pegg as Arthur Weasley, Michelle Gomez as Professor McGonagall, and Marco Addy like Hagrid, just to name a few.

New arrivals Frankie Treadaway, Max LesterAND Arabella Stanton will voice Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger in the first three audiobooks. Starting with Harry Potter and the Goblet of Firethe trio will be played by Jaxon Knopf, Rhys MulliganAND Nina Barker-Francis.

Other outstanding roles include Jude Farrant AND Maximus Evans as Draco Malfoy, Jake Sigsworth AND Archie Mountain as Neville Longbottom, e Bill Nighy as Professor Slughorn. The sheer size of this cast is staggering and includes 500 characters in 198 chapters and 733 scenes, recorded in over 400 sessions totaling over 3,000 hours of study.

The series will take place over several months, with each audiobook released sequentially. After Philosopher’s stone Set to debut on November 4, 2025, fans can expect:

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban – January 13, 2026

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire – February 10, 2026

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix – March 10, 2026

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince – April 14, 2026

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – May 12, 2026

Ultimately, the entire saga will total over 130 hours of finished audio.
