Kelly talks to Tom about his injury. She’s glad it’s nothing serious, she stresses, though, that she suffered a head injury. She points out to him that it could be worse. Seeing Axel coming, Tom insults him. When Teyssier’s nephew asks to hear from him, Teyssier accuses him of attacking him. Axel denies this and says he found her unconscious. But for Tom, with Axel on top of him with blood on his hands, it was Amber who found him. The tone rises when Tom attacks Jasmine and her boyfriend defends her. They are about to fight and Antoine intervenes.
Deva and Salomé are enjoying breakfast at their new home in the salt marshes. They rejoice at this life change. Amber joins them and asks everyone except Salomé if they slept well at home. Gaëtan realizes that the atmosphere between the two will be tense.
Vic misses his recipe at Chef Armand’s class. The chef asks him to remake the recipe in the studio for later tasting. Antoine comes to the studio with Tom and Axel. In the middle of the job, he bothers Teyssier to talk about the conflict between the two children. Despite being pushed from behind and seeing nothing, Tom insists his attacker is Axel. Emmanuel Teyssier refuses to get involved in this conflict, as the attack took place outside the institute. She advises Tom to file a complaint.

Requesting an information to ask about the studio, Vic goes to speak to Greg and Eliott. He tells them his failed recipe and asks for their help. They hesitate because of Hortense, but Hortense informs them that she has spoken to her sister and that their relationship is calmer.
Gaëtan tries to bake cakes in the salt marshes. Salome arrives and advises her. She finally agrees to help him and shows him the recipes he needs to make for the coffee shop. Tom complains to Deva and Amber about Teyssier’s reaction. He thinks he just wants to protect his niece and this shocks him.
After a pastry lesson given to freshmen, Emmanuel asks his nephew to stay in the kitchens. He asks her if Tom has anything to blame for her aggression. Axel denies guilt, but his uncle doesn’t believe him. Axel wants to go and explain himself to his opponent. His uncle advises him not to attract attention instead.
Eliott arrives late at the commissioner’s office to find Hortense and Mehdi. He explains that he helped Vic and was stunned when he discovered Hortense’s reaction. He explains that Vic told them things were getting better between them. Hortense gets angry for downplaying the event. She reminds him that his sister is evil and unreliable.
Gaëtan and Tony enjoy pastries made with Salomé at the cafe. The gym teacher’s enthusiasm dwindles when she notices a client staring at Salomé. He asks Tony to fire him. Salome points out that she can manage on her own, even if she’s not interested.
At Double A, Ethan and Axel are under surveillance and should not talk to customers. A woman calls them to ask a question. Ethan comes to his side and quickly says he will look for another waiter. She is interrupted by Tom, who pulls her by the arm and puts her back in place. The volume rises between 3 until Lisandro calms things down.
Liar Liar
Vic presents his meal to chef Armand, who is fascinated by the dazzling evolution of the young woman. Progress he even found disturbing. Vic explains that he was able to concentrate better in the studio. Clotilde asks if she has been helped, Vic answers no. The chief insists, but Vic stays in his position. Hortense, who is in the room, tells him that Eliott told him everything. Vic continues to lie. To decide, Clotilde asks Vic to redo the recipe in front of her. She understands from the first second that you are lying. He warns her that he will not deceive himself for long if he is not diligent.

The Chief arrives with Cardone, and Ambre announces that the attitude of Tom and his friends is not up to the institute. He explains to them that they must take the same pastry lessons from Cardone the Cook as their freshman and not to supervise them. They will be on the same level as them.
