Dilemma
Louis still hopes that Emmanuel Teyssier will let Charlene get engaged. However, his hopes are quickly dashed by the intransigence of the chief, who refuses to give up and asks him to annul his marriage to his daughter. Claire Guinot is very happy with her son’s future marriage and does not hide her happiness when arguing with the director of the institute. Charlene realized that her father was not happy with her engagement. She says she will not object because she trusts him despite everything.
Wanting to involve her community during her engagement, Charlène decides to let her followers choose the menu for her party. Lionel tries to persuade Louis to confess everything to Charlène about his plans with Chief Cardone to destroy the Teyssier family. Louis agrees that he must reveal the truth to her, but is interrupted by his mother, who for the first time offers Charlène a ring that was a gift from Auguste Armand. He tries again, but he can’t throw himself away for fear of losing her. He even goes so far as to promise never to lie to her.
Frustration
Enzo is delighted with his team’s victory in the bakery championship. To celebrate the event, a party is held at the institute by Clotilde and Rose. Enzo is happy to see Clotilde offer him the position of pastry chef at Double A while he awaits the opening of his master’s degree. He is happy but surprised that the position did not go to Mehdi. Emmanuel Teyssier speaks during the party to thank Enzo, Salomé, his family and Auguste Armand. He then tells Enzo that he was a good second.
Salomé, still marked by her tragic past with Swan, did not go to the party. Axel notices his absence and questions Enzo, who tells him everything that happened at the championship. She goes to find him and tries to comfort him and then smiles at him. Gaëtan learned on his own that Guillaume and Laëtitia had separated. Finally, he announces the good news to Tony, who is free to try to win back his old love.
Olivia arrives on the last day of the course with a new chef named Mary. The very seductive young woman is not indifferent to Tony’s charms, which her friend notices. She offers him a drink, but she chooses to decline the invitation, which is Laëtitia’s biggest surprise.
