Dr. Mitch Ripley is officially on duty. We see the first pictures of it blind spot Alum Luke Mitchell as Ripley in the Season 9 premiere Chicago Med.
As we previously reported, Mitchell stars as Dr. to NBC’s medical drama series. Ripley, an emergency room doctor with a checkered past who has a history with dr. Charles (Oliver Platt). Mitchell is considered a recurring character, but his role could be expanded to a series regular in Season 10, we hear.
Mitchell’s Dr. to see. Ripley with Dr. Charles, played by Platt, and Ripley with Dr. Hannah Asher, played by Jessy Schram. as Maggie Lockwood, played by Marlyne Barrett, along with some solo recordings by Ripley. We also see how he treats a patient with Dr. treat. Dean Archer, played by Steven Webber.
Mitchell joins the long-running Wolf Entertainment/Universal Television series following the departures of stars Brian Tee and Nick Gehlfuss.
Chicago Med Season 9 will consist of 13 episodes. The series is produced by Dick Wolf, Diane Frolov, Andrew Schneider, Stephen Hootstein, Eli Talbert, Arthur Forney and Peter Jankowski.
Chicago Med Season 9 premieres Wednesday, January 17 at 8/7c.
