In a segment with Punkie Johnson and Andrew Dismukes, Timothée Chalamet is tasked with recording a story meant to put people into a deep sleep – but it turns into this strange story about a woman named Daphne and how she ends up in a “moon pie”. “trampled.”
“Wait, so the sleep study is about a dog pooping in a garden?” Chalamet asked.
Johnson and Dismukes are unsure why Chalamet interrupted the recording session and encourage him to continue.
It gets worse – namely the dog poo part. Chalamet is asked to inject some anger into the story, and he starts yelling after saying that Daphne picked up a rock covered in fog.
That’s not what Dismukes and Johnson want. “With all due respect, you are a nightmare to work with,” Dismukes told Chalamet before firing him.
“Who’s next, maybe someone good!” said Dismukes.
Baldwin leaves, apparently ready to go. “I’m testing 1, 2, 3,” he said into the microphone. “Okay, everyone, let’s settle down!”
Finish. That’s all Baldwin signed up for, even though he appeared on stage as Chalamet wished everyone goodnight.
