Trixie Mattel is opening the doors of her motel to HGTV with the renovation series Trixie Motel: Pull me home.
The drag superstar is already the star of Trixie Motelthe Discovery+ series in which Trixie and her partner David Silver transformed a dilapidated motel into the fantasy motel it is today.
“Trixie Motel has quickly become a fan-favorite show, capitalizing on the incredible vision that brought Trixie and David to life while showcasing the sweet dynamic of their real-life relationship,” said Loren Ruch, Chief Content Officer at HGTV , said. “Now we follow the couple’s progress as motel owners and see how they navigate the ups and downs of a personal renovation project when they move in together for the first time.”
During their first year as motel experts, the couple will take the plunge into home ownership and move in together by purchasing their dream home in Los Angeles, but it still needs to be updated to make it fit for a queen. The four-hour episodes will air on HGTV in the summer of 2024.
Trixie Motel: Pull me home is produced by Scott Brothers Entertainment, with Drew and Jonathan Scott serving as executive producers.
