Marco Vega, the butler from the second season of Peacock’s The ultimate Real Housewives girls tripfiled a lawsuit alleging he was sexually abused by cast members Brandi Glanville and Phaedra Parks.
The lawsuit, filed Friday in New York state, names Bravo, Forest Productions, Warner Bros., NBC Universal, Shed Media and Peacock as defendants.
Vega appeared in the second season of the series Real Housewives Cast from all franchises. The second season was titled “Ex-Wives Club” and featured the former housewives on a getaway at Dorinda Medley’s Blue Stone Manor in Massachusetts.
The lawsuit states that Vega was hired as a butler for the show and “it was Ms. Glanville who held the position.” RHUGT MARCO VEGA was sexually harassed and abused in the Berkshires.”

Vega names Glanville and Parks in the sexual assault lawsuit because both have faced similar allegations in the past. Glanville returned to RHUGT for Season 4, but led to an early exit after allegations of sexual abuse were made against co-star Caroline Manzo during filming.
Glanville later blamed the show’s producers, saying she felt trapped by them, tweeting: “I was hired for a second season of ‘Girls’ Journey’ because they liked what I did in the first season. “Like before I was told to bring the party and that’s exactly what I did and was punished for it. It feels like a damn setup. It’s nonsense and Caroline was good.”
The season of RHUGT was supposed to air this year, but ended up being pushed back to sometime in 2024 and replaced RHONY Legacy.
