After the attempted murder of Madam Martinez, Cécile tells Becker and Elise something. He worries about possible reprisals from the drug lords. Philippe Verneuil’s secretary describes the circumstances of the attack to the police and admits that he could not describe the attacker as he threw himself to the ground. He regrets testifying against his boss and Axel assures him that they will do anything to find those responsible.

Big day for Claire, who continues her work at the hospital. As he leaves, he reassures Kira and Enzo that he is happy to be back. He is greeted by Yasmine and David, who are happy to see him again. Serge continues to investigate Hélène’s treatment. Alain searches for a colleague who confirms that the latter’s drug can cause psychological damage. This confirms the lawyer’s hypothesis. Alain reminds Serge that such side effects are rare and there are no proven cases in France. He points to some patients who do not comply with the dosage, but doubts that this is the case for Hélène, who knows these risks very well.

The entrepreneur then finds his lawyer in the visiting room. Florent assures him that he will do anything to help her, and says he is in touch with his daughter Aurore to keep him informed about the progress of the investigation. He offers to apply for visitation rights for her, but Verneuil refuses. She asks him about company computers and bursts into tears when he learns they are still sealed. He’s worried about his job.

Claudine enjoys shopping with Enzo. She questions him about his planned move with Claire and Florent, but she admits to him that she wants to be independent.
