Viewers discovered him on the show in 2015 Five mind-blowing halls. Nicolas Waldorf’s reputation skyrocketed, leading to M6 betting on the hairdresser. Channel launches program in 2019 Incredible TransformationsIn which he is one of the leading roles, along with Charla Carter and Léa Djadja. The trio’s task is to completely renew a person who feels bad in order to regain their self-confidence.
Outside of television sets, Nicolas Waldorf acts like a real businessman, especially by opening hair salons. Unfortunately, the last few months frankly haven’t really been anything to handle. He was questioned on BFMTV on Tuesday morning, June 27, and spoke openly about his financial difficulties. “It’s been 10 years since I opened my first salon. I opened this two years ago and basically waited two years (according to our meeting schedule, editor’s note). And it’s hard to fill programs there“, he began. Inflation, the war in Ukraine, and the demonstrations against pension reforms had a particularly negative impact on the hall’s revenue.
“Less than half of the goals were three months. At one point I finished minus 40,000 euros before I even paid the salaries. There I told myself that it was starting to smell bad.“, explains Nicolas Waldorf. This is the direct result of financial difficulties: The hairdresser had to leave a third of his workforce and admitted he was on the verge of bankruptcy.
