Roland-Garros 2023 Broadcast: Zoom in on France TV system
The historical broadcaster of the competition, France TV, will once again provide the broadcast of the Paris Grand Slam tournament. Except for the 10 Night Sessions owned by Amazon Prime Video and the matches taking place on the Simonne-Mathieu court, all matches of the match will be watched on various French TV channels.
The group has released a press release detailing its Roland-Garros 2023 plan. The antenna will be located at France 4 from 11:00 on weekdays, and at France 3 at the same time on weekends. At 14:00 you will need to go to France 2 to follow the remaining matches. You’ll find familiar faces on set as Laurent Luyat celebrates his 20th anniversary on the air. A team of consultants, including Fabien Lévèque, Justine Hénin and Patrick Mouratouglou, will be present for two weeks to present their analysis.
Beyond television, France TV offers its users the opportunity to follow the tournament live for free on its website and france.tv application. The second best squad up to the last 16 will be broadcast there and commented on live.
Today’s poster is live and tonight’s special on Amazon Prime Video
Amazon Prime Video, the official co-publisher of Roland-Garros 2023, is giving subscribers exclusive access to each day’s best posters during the famous Nighttime Sessions, which kicks off every day at 8:30 PM. All posters arguing in the Simonne-Mathieu court will also appear on the platform. This includes first-round matches for men, women, juniors and even doubles. In addition to the quarterfinals, the two semi-finals and the two best posters of the grand final will also be on Amazon Prime Video.
A pre-match program will be broadcast daily from 19:30, just before the Night Session. Amazon Prime Video called beautiful people into the microphone to liven up the fortnight. Thibault Le Rol and Clémentine Sarlat act as facilitators each day, while a team of brilliant advisors will share their daily informed insights into the tournament: Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Arnaud Clément, Fabrice Santoro, Pauline Parmentier and Tatiana Golovin. You will find names such as Frédéric Verdier, Camille Pin, Alban Lepoivre and even Romain Bouchenot in the commentaries of the matches. If you are an Amazon Prime Video member, you will be able to enjoy all this content at no additional cost. Otherwise, you can take advantage of a 30-day free trial to follow the tournament at no cost. At the end of the trial period, the subscription is available for 6.99 Euros per month or 69.90 Euros per year.
