An emergency operation for Nathan
William, Aurore, Nordine and Myriam await word from Manon. Martin also comes to William and Aurore’s. Jules calls Myriam and asks for 150,000 euros in cash in a black duffel bag on town hall square in the afternoon, otherwise she will kill Manon. Miriam agrees. William fears for Manon’s life.
Jules’ mother calls him, telling him it will all be over soon. Jules tells Manon that she will go abroad with the money and send it to her mother for treatment before joining her later when her mother recovers. Manon tells him the police will be there, but Jules is confident Martin won’t do anything to her.
Nathan is late for Spoon, and Mona tells him he has to do everything himself. The young man cuts his finger with a knife as he begins to cut the potatoes. Audrey looks at the young boy’s finger and tells him that he needs stitches. Mona accompanies him to the hospital.
Charlie came to Nordine’s to ask about Jules. Charlie is shocked to learn that Manon has been abducted by Jules.
Sara meets Lisa near where she is holding Benoît hostage. Neighbors who heard the gunshot called the police. Sara therefore leads the investigation. Lisa tells him that she’s walking around to get some fresh air.
Nathan is in the hospital and Victoire tells him that he needs an operation on his finger, but that the operation does not risk going bad. Mona fears Spoon will cook. It is Aaron, a “new surgeon,” in Victoire’s words, who will operate on him. Mona and Nathan fear he is a newbie.
Amel came to the police station to find her older sister, Lisa. Georges tells him that he has been on leave for a week, that he did not know that Amel was on leave.
Lisa comes to the room where she locked Benoît. The SVT teacher refuses to follow Lisa to the police station.
In Saint-Clair, Aaron announces to Nathan that the surgery went well and he can go home. Nathan and Mona explain to the doctor that Victoire told them he was a novice. Aaron contradicts them and tells them that he has been working for over 10 years.
Jules shot by Martin
Martin hatches a plan to stop Jules. He explains to the police that he wants to carry out this operation gently without bloodshed. Nordine asks to join the operation and Martin initially refuses, but eventually agrees when asking him to promise that he will do nothing.
Aaron finds Victoire and blames him for what Mona and Nathan told him. He explains to them that he didn’t say he was a newbie, just that he was a new surgeon. Aaron realizes that he has gone a little too far with this story, apologizes, and Victoire tells him to buy him a drink to get his forgiveness. He agrees to ask her out the next evening.
Aurore tells William that she will not take part in the operation because she will lose her composure. She worries about Manon’s life. William reassures her.
Manon tries to persuade Jules to abandon his plan, but the young man refuses. She asks Manon to see her mother if she dies and tell her that everything she does is for her and that she loves her. Manon promises to go see her if things go wrong.
Victoire tells Lisa that she has a date with Aaron the next night.
The operation begins and Myriam hands Jules the bag of money, but she refuses to let Manon go. He asks Myriam and takes a few steps back and realizes that there are police everywhere. She escapes with Manon, and Nordine gets out of the truck and points her gun at him. Jules also points his gun at Nordine.
Amel tells Lisa that she knows her sister got permission. The second says that he is still secretly working on the Beast of Argenteuil. Lisa gets angry and explains to Amel that she can’t continue until she finds the killer.
Martin arrives with Jules to calm the situation. The young man refuses to surrender and Martin shoots him.
