Camille Lou loves her job and this shows. The 30-year-old actress is currently shooting. netflix a new project AnthraciteA series about an Alpine-based cult that ended in a mass suicide in 1994. TF1like fighters, Prometheus or I promise youThe third season began airing last Monday. It’s a busy schedule that Camille Lou almost couldn’t accomplish when relying on her new magazine’s columns. Television 7 Days : “I’m a workaholic, I love my job. I only choose projects that I like. But my problem is that I love everything! (Laughs) It’s true that I’ve done a lot in recent years. Until the day when I suddenly have no energy left. I realized that I couldn’t live like this forever.“
So Camille Lou gave herself a break to rest her body and mind:I was shocked when I decided to take a break. I was physically exhausted. Acting is not a job like other professions, you have to adapt. I have feelings for myself, I can’t stop my search with my character. For this reason, it is sometimes very tiring psychologically. I told myself that I needed to find a rhythm that I could sustain over time. I am now working on the balance between my private life and my work. But I wish we could continue to multiply roles for a very long time, hoping the public continues to like it.“
When not shooting, Camille Lou can recharge her batteries by relying on the atmosphere of the Basque Country, where she lives with her fiancé, professional surfer Romain Laulhé:You never really cut it when you live in Paris because everything is prepared there. Being away lets me revert dates because I can’t. There is a very strange energy here on the Basque coast that makes you find your place so quickly. It may also be due to the fact that I met my future husband there.“
