Pierre Gagnaire: I have that impression, yes! I’ve loved Top Chef since it was released in 2010. I have always admired its quality and everyone who created, animated and participated in it. It is a well-prepared program that respects the culinary profession. And then, each season, I love meeting these young people who are full of enthusiasm and talent, willing to take risks to win Top Chef.
Would you like to take part in such a competition when you first started?
