Prime Video has delayed the release of the first trailer for its global espionage series from Anthony and Joe Russo amid the tragic events in Greece when a passenger train collided with a freight train, killing at least 38 people and injuring dozens more.
It’s unclear exactly what the content of the trailer is, but it’s believed to be set (at least partially) on a train, as suggested by recently released first-look photos of stars Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Madden showing them in a film show . luxury dining cars.
“Out of respect for our international community and in light of yesterday’s devastating breaking news from Greece, we respectfully continue to release the official trailer for Citadel,Prime Video said in a note to reporters about the series Wednesday morning ahead of the scheduled release of the trailer.
As announced on Monday, citadel will begin with two episodes on April 28, followed by a new episode released every Friday until May 26.
