Michael B. Jordan made his own Saturday night live hosting debut and had the female cast members throw themselves over him during the monologue.
If the Believe As the actor took the stage, he said he had “a crazy, full-circle moment”, adding: “We shot some videos beforehand for the show and when I got into the studio I realized that it was exactly the same place that landed me in one of my first acting roles on the soap all my children.”
A scene of the then 16-year-old actor was shown, in which he begins to cry at the end. Jordan joked to himself, “I’m pretty sure I was in mid-puberty.”

He said most people said they were getting in shape, but since he had just shot the film, he was already “in Creed shape.” Jordan said he was taking classes to learn Spanish and said, “Estoy en Raya. (I’m on Raya).”
Then the actor revealed that he is single, the woman SNL Artists fell for the attempt to flirt with the actor. Chloe Fineman walked in and said she was single, but Jordan reminded her that she was dating “that hot writer,” to which she replied, “Not if you’re available.”
Heidi Gardner interrupts Jordan to say she has one Believe Poster or “printed on a body pillow, whatever.” Ego Nwodim walked in a full wedding dress and hinted to Jordan that they could get married.
In the end, Punkie Johnson walked in and told the evening’s host that he was “looking good as always”. Jordan then reminded Johnson that she was gay, to which she said, “I am, but you’re Michael B. Jordan and I’m Punkie B. Curious.” I mean, even vegans have cheat days, right?
Johnson then felt up for Jordan and said she would see him at the after party.
Jordan concluded his monologue by saying, “I just want to say that I’m so grateful to be on this podium. Sometimes I can take myself a little too seriously, but tonight I’m going to have fun, I’m just going to try. And maybe, just maybe, let that inner beast go a little crazy.
Jordan ended his monologue crying just like he did all my children.
