Marseille (9G): Illan Castronovo demands 700,000 euros from Alix for defamation

It never ends. Illan Castronovo has decided to sue Alix Desmoineaux after a reality TV candidate announced that she would sexually assault a young woman and be presented as a minor. She hadn’t mentioned a name, but her description immediately made Internet users think of Illan. And to continue: “Alix didn’t come, I thought he was taking all this a little more seriously because he was the one who created all this, partly broke my life”. “You were strong enough to come and talk on social networks. To come and explain yourself to the judges… Well, I came alone”added to the young woman’s address. In court on Wednesday, the young man said: “She described me so much in her interview that there was no need to give my name”.

Alix Desmoineaux’s lawyer, Arie Alimi, explained that his client did not do this. “He never mentioned Illan Castronovo openly in his interviews”. “There are so many reality TV nominees, she felt targeted. Why? Even if I have a small idea, only she knows”, he pointed. Illan’s lawyer, Me Chicha, “The customer is unheard of in this case”. And to add: “The media court has already convicted him but here we are in real life, not on Instagram”. His client is seeking compensation of 705,000 euros, the amount of television services he will have to cancel after Alix’s accusations. He also claims 10,000 Euros as non-pecuniary damage. The impressive, meanwhile, is seeking a reimbursement of fees paid to Me Alimi, as well as 2,000 euros in damages for “abuse of legal action”. The decision will be made on March 10.
