It all starts here (TF1): Eliott surprised in a very bad position… pre-December 21 recap (SPOILER)

Greg explains to his brigade the positive feedback from his father about the Christmas menu. He then asks Eliott to rework the morel paste together. His ex is distant and cold. She blames him for the previous day’s kiss. Greg apologizes and states that he didn’t think about it. She adds that she reacted warmly to her parents’ comments about their future as a couple. Greg points out that things happen naturally and don’t force it. Eliott justifies himself by recalling his shock. She asks him not to do it again.

Théo and Emmanuel taste the dreamed logs overnight, but nothing is on the level of the Christmas menu. Teyssier wants to get back to work as soon as possible, but his son needs a break to clear his mind. She persists and eventually convinces her father to follow her.

Jude finds Eliott and asks him if he had a good rest the previous day. Hortense and Mehdi join them and ask Jude what he has planned for the holidays. He admits that he does not want to go back to Lille and proposes to Eliott on a romantic trip on December 25.

Jude then asks how the menu went. Mehdi responds by referring to the progress made at the dinner between chef Delobel, Greg and Eliott at Double A the previous night. Jude is stunned and leaves, refusing to listen to her boyfriend’s explanations. Mahdi apologizes for his mistake.

Theo takes his father to a place where they played pool as a kid. They replay a play and immerse themselves in their memories. Finally, they remember a cereal bar with puffed rice that the chef prepared for him to savor. Which brings back the inspiration for the diary.

While on duty at Double A, Eliott asks to talk to Jude aside. The second one came back and asked if he thought he was a fool. Eliott explains to him the deal with Greg and justifies his silence with a desire not to hurt him. Jude scolds him for lying to him and warns him that he prefers honesty. When Chief Delobel arrives, they make up and kiss. He sees everything.

Returning from Australia, Clotilde finds Rose, who asks her if she is afraid to meet Joachim at the institute. She admits it won’t be easy because she misses him so much. She doesn’t understand her infidelity that causes her to relive the story with Guillaume. Rose admits that she talked to Joachim and found him sincere. If he still has feelings, he advises his sister to give him a second chance.

Chef Delobel puts pressure on Eliott in the kitchen. She asks what he was playing with his son as he saw her flirting with Jude. Eliott defends himself by saying they’re just friends, but the Chief accuses him of wanting to break Greg’s heart.

Clotilde wanted to see Joachim. She admits that she misses him and asks her to explain her infidelity. In the end, he admits that he never cheated on her and that he lied out of cowardice. She tells him she was an escort but stopped when they got together.

Théo and Emmanuel give Constance and Vic a taste of their preparations. They are surprised and Emmanuel warns his son that despite his help, it remains his own diary. Vic tells the young man that he is better than his father.

Eliott asks Greg to stop lying. She says she was surprised that her father kissed Jude. Greg refuses and insists on continuing with his plans. Eliott finally realizes that Greg wants to do comedy to keep him close and reminds him that everything between them is over.

Clotilde trusts Rose about Joachim’s confession. He was shocked and embarrassed. She feels humiliated and feels like a customer she. His sister defends Joachim’s silence and explains that she is absolutely afraid of losing him because she loves him.

Chefs Teyssier and Delobel taste the Christmas menu. If the initiator gets some criticism, the meal is rejected by Greg’s father, who accuses Eliott of not being focused enough. She calls her a diva and accuses her son of being the on-duty cuckold who doesn’t respect her. Eliott finally explains to her that they broke up. Greg apologizes for lying and tells him the truth.

Clotilde finds Joachim and admits to him that she is still in shock. He asks her about Séverine and states that their meeting at the Institute was a coincidence. She once again justifies her lie and assures her that she has stopped escorting him. He confesses that he still loves her and they kiss.

Greg complains to his mother that he has been humiliated by his father in front of the entire brigade. He believes that he will not be able to release a new dish in time. His mother advises him to rest, which he accepts. After he leaves, his father comes. His mother admits that she had a hard time seeing her son in this state. Chef Delobel admits that she exaggerated the meal to force Eliott to confess his infidelity. They are happy because this separation lifts a thorn from them and puts their affairs in order.
