A TikToker has revealed the three largest airports in the world, the largest of which is the same size as New York.
According to @dtvaldez353, King Fahd International Airport in Saudi Arabia is the largest airport.
King Fahd International Airport covers “an incredible 301.5 square miles,” “eight times the size of Paris.”
The other two airports discussed by @dtvaldez353 in the TikTok video are Denver International Airport in Colorado and Istanbul International Airport in Turkey.

The airport is home to 37 airlines that can transport passengers to 43 different destinations worldwide.
It serves more than ten million passengers annually and passengers can come to the airport by car, taxi or bus.
King Fahd International Airport also offers VIP services such as airport transfers with special vehicles and lounges.
There are two VIP lounges: Tashrefat and Tanfeethi.
Tashrefat offers a meet and greet service for passengers who require assistance with baggage drop and expedited security and immigration procedures.
Tangfeethi or “The Executive Office” is a lounge exclusively for passengers traveling to and from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Denver International isn’t as big as King Fahd International Airport, but according to Metro Denver EDC, it’s a whopping 53 square miles.
In addition to airlines, the airport offers six floors of facilities such as restaurants, shops and car rental.
A unique feature of Denver International Airport is the gable roof of the Jeppesen Terminal.
The roof was designed by Fentress Bradburn Architects to reflect Colorado’s snow-capped mountains.
The shape of the roof was also designed as a tribute to Colorado’s history when Native American teepees were located on the Great Plains.
Istanbul International Airport in Turkey appears to be the largest airport as it offers flights to more than 350 destinations in 110 countries.
However, it is only about 30 square kilometers in size and has one terminal building, although it is still “a gateway between Europe and Asia”.
Istanbul International Airport is home to several restaurants and even includes art galleries and a prayer room.
The site is getting bigger every day as it is under construction.
Once construction is complete, the Turkish airport will have four terminal buildings and six runways and is expected to accommodate more than 200 million passengers by 2025.

A TikToker noted that Malaysia’s Kuala Lumpur International Airport is actually the third busiest, and according to AFAR Magazine, the user’s correction is correct.
The Malaysian airport covers 39 square kilometers, which is almost ten more than Istanbul International Airport.
Another airport mentioned by users was Beijing Daxing International Airport in China, which some say is bigger than all the airports mentioned.
The South China Morning Post reported otherwise, saying that the airport was only 30 square kilometers in size but had the largest terminal in the world.
The TikTok user received negative reviews for his video, as many of them saw mistakes at major airports
Other TikTokers wrote about their own experiences at other airports in Amsterdam and Atlanta.
“Atlanta Georgia airport is huge,” wrote one TikTok user.
“Amsterdam Schiphol Airport really shocked me at how HUGE it is,” wrote another TikToker.
“It took 40 minutes to walk at full speed between connecting flight gates, and on the map they weren’t even that far apart.”
