A festival is brewing on the Italian slopes of Courmayeur, with top chefs coming to town to host the 2023 Mountain Gourmet Ski Experience.

On March 16, guests will meet Jean Philippe Blondet, three-Michelin-star chef at Alain Ducasse At The Dorchester, and Jonny Lake, one-Michelin-star co-owner of Restaurant Trivet in London.

After skiing on March 17, the duo will serve a six-course tasting menu featuring signature dishes from their restaurants.

A four-course meal on March 18 will showcase their skills with local produce.

Three nights B&B at the charming Hotel Bouton d’Or, departing March 16, costs £1,625 per person based on two people. The price includes the three dinners, evening access to the cable cars, flights and transport (momentumski.com).
