At least three people were killed and several others were injured during Russian strikes in the Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions on Saturday, local authorities reported.

In Dnipropetrovsk, two people died and two others sustained injuries as the area was targeted by Russian bombardments and drones, Regional Governor Oleksandr Hanza stated via Telegram.

Casualties in Kharkiv and Pavlohrad
In the Kharkiv region to the north, a 68-year-old man was killed and a 46-year-old woman was injured in Russian drone strikes.


The city of Pavlohrad faced a barrage of attacks on Saturday evening. Oleksandr Hanza reported via Telegram that nine people were injured in Pavlohrad, including four children aged 3 to 6.

Stalled diplomatic efforts
Nearly 4.5 years after the Russian invasion of Ukraine began, the end of the war remains out of reach as diplomatic efforts to reach a peace agreement have stalled.
