Renu Dhariyal from India has achieved a Guinness World Record as the woman with the longest hair on the planet, with her black hair reaching 2 meters and 71.5 centimeters long.
Her hair measures 8 feet 10 inches long, reaching nearly three meters, and drags on the ground behind her when she walks. According to Guinness records data, her hair is half a centimeter less than the height of Robert Wadlow, the tallest man ever recorded at 2.72 meters. Dhariyal surpassed previous title holder Aliia Nasyrova of Ukraine, whose hair was measured at 257.33 centimeters.
Hair Care and Maintenance
Dhariyal, who operates a YouTube channel sharing beauty and hair care tips, revealed that she has not cut her hair since 2015, letting it grow continuously for more than a decade. She demonstrates how she cares for her hair on her channel, explaining that she spends hours washing and detangling it. Dhariyal stated that she avoids chemical products and prefers natural methods for daily care. She said maintaining such long hair takes a lot of patience and added that her secret relies on natural care methods.
