A health coach shared her delicious Caramel Koala Overnight Weetbix recipe that contains only 307 calories.
Bec Hardgrave of Brisbane, Queensland, has created a delicious high-protein breakfast with just seven ingredients.
To prepare the caramel breakfast, Bec first crumbled two Weetbix in a bowl and poured 75ml of unsweetened almond milk over them.

Bec Hardgrave (pictured) shared the recipe for the delicious Caramel Koala Overnight Weetbix, which contains just 307 calories.
With a spoon, she combined the cereal and milk, then pressed them together to form a bottom in the bottom of the bowl.
Bec then put 100 grams of YoPro Vanilla Yogurt with 20 grams of Naked Harvest Chocolate Swirl Protein Powder in a separate bowl and mix.
He then placed the chocolate yogurt on the Weetbix base and smoothed it out before applying the topping.


Bec first made a base with Weetbix and almond milk, then pressed it to the bottom of a bowl and mixed it with chocolate protein powder and yogurt.
How to Make Bec’s Weetbix Caramel Koala Overnight:

Materials:
- 2 Kennisbix
- 75 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 100 gr Yopro Yopro vanilla
- 20g Naked Harvest Chocolate Curl Protein Powder
- 10 gr Heaping Natvia Caramel
- 10 g Natvia chocolate sauce
- 1 caramel koala
Method:
- Crush two Weetbix in a bowl and pour 75 ml of unsweetened almond milk over them.
- Combine the grains and milk with a spoon and press together to form a base at the bottom of the bowl.
- Put 100 grams of YoPro Vanilla Yogurt and 20 grams of Naked Harvest Chocolate Swirl Protein Powder in a separate bowl and mix.
- Pour the chocolate yogurt from the bowl into the Weetbix base and flatten.
- Add 10 grams of Natvia caramel topping and 10 grams of Natvia chocolate topping to the yogurt layer.
- Top with a caramel koala and refrigerate the bowl overnight to harden and enjoy in the morning.
Once smooth, Bec added 10 grams of Natvia caramel topping and 10 grams of Natvia chocolate sauce to the yogurt layer.
To top it off, she put a caramel koala on top and put the bowl in the fridge to solidify overnight and savor the morning.
The fitness coach posted her breakfast recipe on TikTok and Instagram, where several impressed gourmets commented.


Once smooth, Bec added 10 grams of Natvia caramel topping and 10 grams of Natvia chocolate to the yogurt layer, then placed it on top of a Caramel Koala and then refrigerated to harden.
“This is the first Weetbix I’ve tried overnight,” one wrote.
‘This was great for me! I had no caramel on me, instead I used unsweetened maple syrup,” wrote another.
