Over the three days of the event, she created at least five different styles for Meghan, including a tight ponytail and the low bun she wore to the opening ceremony in The Hague.
Speaking to British Vogue, she described how she created the “bright wave” she wears on Sundays.
“It’s very important to have a good foundation on the hair, so it dries the hair smooth rather than drying it roughly,” she said. “If you’re looking for a middle part, blow the front of the hair forward—this will create a sweeping motion when you part it later.”
