Especially for those who are constantly looking for new places to visit in Moscow, The Fashion Vibes has compiled a list of the freshest and most valuable. You can plan now exactly where you need to go for the next few weeks.
Ester Bistro
A Tel Aviv bistro has opened on Bolshaya Nikitskaya from restaurateur Svetlana Drobot and chef Grigory Chunikhin. Its menu is a reflection of an incredible combination of culinary traditions of the East and West: it includes a lot of vegetables, fish and seafood, Middle Eastern spices and seasonings, nuts, cheese, yogurt. And for example, ptitim, the Israeli variety of pasta (or couscous, as you like), there is a section devoted to it.
Middle Eastern motifs are also evident on the cocktail menu: how do you like a cocktail on tart palm with red clove vermouth and solera sherry? We think it’s time to give it a try!
Address: B. Nikitskaya street, 22/2, room. four
sapiens
The main “unifier” of the meanings of this restaurant, both in the menu and in the interior, is evolution. The institution’s design includes a variety of ancient artifacts, from spinal bones to invertebrate marine life. And in the kitchen, where the inventor Ilya Blagoveshchensky is engaged, the evolution of taste can be traced: from the simplest dishes of the “collectors” and cooking in a cauldron to those prepared using the latest technologies. It turned out eclectic, but interesting!
Address: st. Leo Tolstoy, 16
figo

A restaurant serving European-Italian cuisine has opened on the site of the legendary De Marco cafe on Smolensko-Sennaya Street, whose dishes were developed by brand chef Vladimir Khokhlov. Live seafood delicacies, homemade pasta, dry-aged steaks on an open fire, wood-fired pizzas – all the most popular attractions among Muscovites are on the menu.
Address: Smolenskaya-Sennaya Square, 23/25
“Meeting”
In less than a month, the new bistro on Tverskaya has become a real attraction. The atmosphere here is retro style, while the menu is full of eclecticism. With Asian notes of the author, Russian “takes place” in dishes of Mediterranean cuisine: mussels in tomato, truffle and Tom Yam sauce, chicken livers with pear jam and guinea fowl paste, unusual herds, baked Camembert, duck confit. And be sure to check it out for a bistro-style breakfast that includes fluffy croissants, toast, benedicts, and coffee. Especially since it is served all day long.
Address: 1. Tverskaya-Yamskaya street, 4
amber

A Japanese restaurant designed by Anton Pinsky and Dmitry Romanov, designed by the Sundukov brothers, has just opened in the Legends of Tsvetnoy residential complex. The main “trick” is the complete rejection of the use of electricity in the kitchen. Everything to be cooked is cooked on the robat grill. And of course, there’s a big raw bar. Andrey Kaplunov and Mikhail Samonov became chefs in charge of non-trivial Japanese cuisine.
Address: Tsvetnoy Boulevard, 2
“Room of Secrets”
If you haven’t been to the “Chamber of Secrets” in the salt cellar in Black Swan, this needs to be fixed urgently. Drinks are especially privileged in the atmosphere of a gothic cathedral with original, carefully restored 18th-century stained glass windows from St John’s Church in Battersea, cast-iron windows from a Methodist chapel in north Wales, an ancient tapestry. a confused lion and a bloodthirsty pig and the 1860 barracks bell. Moreover, not a single cocktail will be superfluous here, for which the famous Vitaly Bgantsov is responsible.
Address: st. Solyanka, 1/2
cevicheria
Beloved by many, Elizaveta Stakhanova’s Cevicheria has opened its doors again! The restaurant began to look more dignified: dim lights, white tablecloths, fine china, collectible wines. The menu kept main hits like salmon or shrimp ceviche, but expanded the raw bar and added writer’s rolls with a minimal amount of rice. Italian cuisine has a special place in Cevicheria.
Address: Prechistenskaya emb., 15, building 1
Cihan Steak & Kebab
Cihan Steak & Kebab, the second Turkish restaurant of Arkady Novikov and Chef Jihan Deniz, opened on Komsomolsky Prospekt. The gastronomic concept inside is the same as in the flagship restaurant: the same authentic recipes collected from different parts of the country, adapted to modern gastronomic trends, but a little more Turkey – its atmosphere, mood, smells and tastes.
Address: Komsomolsky hope, 21
Mady Restaurant & Terrace

A cozy restaurant next door – that’s the concept to which the new establishment on Leningradsky Prospekt is attached. The coziness in the atmosphere is created by the Art Deco interior in the living room with a mezzanine and a patio immersed in greenery. And the menu includes comfort food dishes by Nikita Vasilenko, which young people build on the balance of Europe and Asia, but already noticed in many projects.
Address: Leningradsky pr-t, 31A, p. a
“Local”

Another area for those living in the neighborhood is for the locals, who allow you to have a good time without leaving the center. It is located in the Match Point residential complex, and the creators of the project plan to scale this successful experience to other parts of Moscow outside the Boulevard Ring. The menu includes comfort foods and breakfasts all day. It is already very popular among the residential complex and its surroundings!
Address: st. Vasilisa Kozhina, 13
