A married couple, who both have feelings for one of the woman’s co-workers, have revealed that their three-year-old son has named the new addition to their relationship “Mom.”
Megan Ripley, 30, of Market Weighton, York, formed a platonic friendship with 22-year-old Louise Jackson last July.
Anne introduced Louise to her husband of six years, Sean, 33, and they both clicked.
He told three how they turned around: “I had never heard of a band.
“I didn’t even know it was possible to be in love with two people at the same time.

“But everything changed when I met Louise, there was an immediate spark.
“Still, I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to ruin our friendship. We had become best friends.
“After a night out, I finally introduced him to Sean and they got along like a house on fire.”
Megan told Sean about her feelings after she struggled to fight them and, surprisingly, admitted that she also had feelings for Louise.
Adds Megan: “We never thought we would introduce our relationship to anyone.

“But it made sense to Louise, so we were thrilled when she said she felt the same way.”
Now, a year later, Louise is called “mother” by the couple’s three-year-old son, William.
Megan adds, “Our relationship has progressed fast, but we’re also taking it slow.
“Louise spends one week with us and the next with her family.
“She will eventually move out and maybe have a child with Sean.
“At first I was against the idea, but now I would be honored if he wanted to expand our family to include my husband.”

Megan (left picture) said that Louise (right picture) stayed at home for a week and spent the rest of the month with her family.

Megan said: “We go out one-on-one or all together, it depends on how we feel and how we try to uphold justice to stave off jealousy.
‘Sometimes we get jealous, but we’re just human.
“But to avoid jealousy, we always make sure to tell each other if there’s sex.
“For example, if I am at work and he is at home, they write to let you know that this is the case.
“At least then I know they were thinking of me.

“It doesn’t kill the moment, it makes it more special.
“We should also be open to listening and talking about jealousy.”
Megan praises her family and friends for their support.
“We only got positive feedback,” he said.
‘People are happy as much as we are happy.
“It’s great because Louise shares interests with Sean that aren’t mine, and vice versa.
“Sometimes when we hold hands in public we can have an awkward viewpoint, but most of the time we’re fine.”
