An Australian man announced that he went to New York to try a famous TiKTok burger.

Adam Naaman from Sydney flew to Brooklyn to pick up an “Ocky burger” from Red Hook Food Corp, which went viral on TiKTok.

The 20-year-old shared a clip of the sandwich, which features layers of meat, cheese, ramen, and vegetables.

In the now-viral clip, Adam wrote that the burger was a “10 out of 10” and would recommend it.

Sandwiches are the brainchild of 32-year-old bodega manager Rahim Mohamed, who made TikTok famous for making wild sandwiches.

He was known for using unusual elements in his creations such as mozzarella sticks, Rice Krispies Treats, cotton candy, and pop tarts.

The unassuming shop has become a tourist attraction as Rahim makes 100 sandwiches a week in what Rahim calls “Ocky’s street.”

I spoke with the New York Post last year, Rahim explained that customers want wild beers, including: A classic breakfast sandwich with bacon, eggs and cheese, two cotton candy pastries, and gummy worms.

The name “Ocky way” comes from Rahim’s nickname “general Ock”, which is an English way of pronouncing the word “akhi” – an Arabic term of affection meaning brother.

Moving to the United States from Yemen in 1999, Rahim started running the family winery in 2007 and soon started making his own sandwiches.
