American football legend Alex Morgan has to be very careful with how he feeds his body, but that doesn’t mean he undresses himself when he’s not on the field.

Another indulgence is opening a bottle of wine to share with his professional football player friend, Servando Carrasco, which he likes to do from time to time.
Playing for San Diego Wave FC in the National Women’s Football League (NWSL), Morgan tends to follow a low-carb diet focused on protein and vegetables, but that all changes on game day.
“Preparing for a football game is different,” he explains. “It’s much richer in carbohydrates than balanced with proteins and vegetables.”
