Yoga at GES-2 Culture House

You can do stretching yoga every Saturday and every Sunday at the Culture House until mid-September. Depending on the weather, the training takes place in the GES-2 building or outdoors.

To participate, find the HPP-2 on the location map on the Sports Weekend website, select the training you are interested in and register (you must register on the site for this).


Inner Flow Yoga

This year Mosgorpark started the Yoga in the Parks project. From June 1 to August 31, 24 city parks will offer free outdoor yoga classes. Classes are held every week, so there will be time to try all aspects of yoga (and there are up to 10, by the way).
