Top 10 clubs and bars we’re going to this summer

The question of how to spend a weekend in the summer should be approached responsibly. Of course, you can go for a morning jog in the park or meet friends for breakfast, for example. However, if all these options seem too boring to you, we can suggest you to choose the most beautiful dress and go to a party. Don’t you know where you are? Then let’s talk!

happy ending

Happy ending is one of the most fashionable places in Moscow. This is a bar that is famous not only for delicious cocktails and stylish interiors, but also for swanky parties. Our favorite DJs perform here with their sets: Grisha Super, Dj Ginsburg, Romsta and others.

Pros: delicious and good cocktails; great places for photos; large veranda; you can dance on the tables

Cons: not enough space inside

Address: Spiridonievsky road, 9/1

“Simach in Nedalne”

Last summer, the new project “Simach in Nedalne” by Arkady Novikov, Anton Pinsky, Denis Simachev and Glen Ballis opened on Tverskoy Boulevard. Salmon pizza is no longer on the menu, but the legendary watermelon shots remain. And with them are the noisy parties, at which all representatives of secular Moscow still come out.

Pros: delicious cuisine; assorted cocktail card; stylish interior

Cons: tight face control

Address: Tverskoy Boulevard, 15/2

stereo people

If you want a private party for “their” outdoors and soulful songs. Getting here is not easy (it looks like an ordinary garage), but it’s worth it. Levan Gorozia, social media star Dima Maslennikov and even rare guest Basta gather here! In the summer the patio is open, the rest of the time the bar looks like a cozy apartment under which Valery Meladze’s “Beautiful” or “Do You Know” MakSim pour raspberry gin and tonic and cherry liqueur.

Pros: outdoor parties; delicious tinctures; the music suits the mood of “yeah, who will find someone better than me”

Cons: always too many people

Address: Stoleshnikov road, 6/2

power house

“House of Power” has not lost its relevance for more than five years. On weekends, noisy parties are held there, and on weekdays the institution operates as a restaurant and bar. In the courtyard of the mansion, there is a small seating area, also known as the patio, where dj sets often play and vintage markets are held. Most of all, we love going to the sets of Karina Istomina from Powerhouse to feel nostalgic about 2016.

Pros: large mirror for photos; cold room; atmospheric patio

Cons: Be careful on the stairs if you have a few extra glasses

Address: Goncharnaya street, 7/4, p. a

“Radio”

A new place on the map of Moscow, which opened in May this year. “Radio” – restaurant-greenhouse. So if you want to drink a glass of sparkling wine surrounded by dozens of plants and imagine yourself in a tropical place, then you are here! By the way, in addition to noisy parties, jazz is played here.

Pros: many plants; atmospheric patio in the courtyard

Cons: Honestly, finding this place is a real quest. But we assure you it’s worth it

Address: 2. Baumanskaya street, 9/23, p. 3

“Complainant”

A place of power for all lovers of techno and electronic music. Since its opening in 2019, regulars from other promo groups, especially Rabitsa, Arma17 and System108, have started to flock here. Three dance floors inside and outside. In the courtyard there is a swing, armchairs (which, apparently, the creators have been looking for in flea markets for a very long time), a gypsy carriage, and also a tea house. In a word, when you enter the territory of Mutabor, you find yourself in a completely different universe that lives by its own rules.

Pros: color setups; large dance floor cozy patio

Cons: modest cocktail list

Address: Sharikopodshipnikovskaya street, 13/32

gasifier

Opened at the end of the 2000s, Gas Owner has not lost its relevance to this day. There are the biggest techno parties almost every weekend. Carved sofas and armchairs surround the dance floor, and pictures of young artists hang on the walls. In the summer a very pleasant backyard terrace opens. The toilet is a different story. We still remember that on one of the walls it was written: “Life is a fairy tale forever.” We have lived in this environment ever since. By the way, not everyone is allowed into the Gaz, a strict face checker can simply say: “You can’t get through. Without explaining why”. Therefore, we recommend that you pay attention to the dress code.

Pros: lots of space; large veranda; cool parties; artists’ exhibitions

Cons: high entry price

Address: Nizhny Susalny lane, 5/26

white

In 2019, a new place of power opened in Kitai-Gorod from the creators of White Studios. Blanca always hosts the most atmospheric parties in summer, even on the street.

Pros: Atmospheric backyard with lots of light bulbs

Cons: There are candles everywhere so keep your eyes peeled whenever you want to lean on something.

Address: Khokhlovsky lane, 7/5

leveldva

Leveldva is our favorite bar in Moscow. Located just above the Ugolek restaurant on Bolshaya Nikitskaya. You can’t tell from the atmospheric old interior where techno plays here on the weekends. And we are ready to sing odes to delicious cocktails, at least until the end of summer.

Pros: large toilets

Cons: If you suddenly want to go outside for some fresh air, it’s better to bring a friend along to descend the steep stairs without incident.

Address: Bolshaya Nikitskaya, 12 (entrance via “Ugolek”)

“a peer”

Our choice was closed by the favorite place of all zoomers in Moscow. Perhaps everyone who is a little interested in the nightlife of the capital has heard of the parties in “Rovesnik”. The row of the bar runs along the entirety of Maly Gnezdnikovsky Lane, but when you meet face-to-face, you’ll have learned the names of everyone you’ll be dancing to at Dancing Queen later on. Three different parties usually take place on three floors, and frankly, getting to them is a real quest.

Pros: themed parties; cheap cocktails; lots of straws

Cons: lots of tiktokers; long queues at the bar; no light in the toilet

Address: Maly Gnezdnikovsky lane, 9/1
