The cost of refueling a family car hit £ 100 earlier this week, dealing a further blow to motorists across the UK. Now, if you are looking to save on tank filling, here are the cheapest supermarkets.
Earlier this week, gasoline prices rose by over £ 2 per liter at more expensive filling stations in the UK.
New data revealed that the average cost of a full tank of petrol for a 55-liter family car exceeded £ 100 for the first time.
For diesel drivers the same figure is a whopping £ 103.43 found in the latest RAC figures.
Now that the average cost of a liter of gasoline has reached a new record of 182.31 pence, motorists will work hard to get the best deals.
Meanwhile, the price of diesel has dropped from an average of 186.57 pence to 188.05 pence, with experts predicting this could be normal for the summer.
If you fill up at the supermarket, some places are cheaper and you can use the comparison site PetrolPrices.comrelationships Mirror.
