And so, on Christmas eve, a loyal father, a loving husband and a humble husband Bill Ferlong – Killian Murphy’s hero witnesses an ugly scene. And now he’s standing in front of a moral dilemma. The action does not turn into a tension or detective, the director refers to the audience, and only one person distracts the fine clues of the terrible crimes that Bill will notice. The director shows the story on both sides: a child and already mature Bill.

At the same time, the narrative develops as a monotonous: here will not be a climax, everything is estimated between the lines. Therefore, a voltage degree decreases. Yes, the shelter does not look as demonic in 2002 as in the film adaptation of the “Magdalene’s sister”. We become the inhabitants of the settlement who does not see and do not want to know anything ourselves. Therefore, it is barely concrete discomfort rather than anxiety or fear.

Whatever the decision of Hero Murphy, the feeling that the glass is semi -empty and that the sky will remain as gray as morals. Even in a deserted street, you stay visible in the eyes of the neighbors. And if you do something that violates the usual lifestyle, who knows if your friendly tones will change. Therefore, the camera seemed to always look at Bill in the back, and we understand that it was a serious struggle when we only see your eyes closely.

Magdalene was found in other European countries, including the Russian Empire. For example, in one of these business houses, Anne Charlie Chaplin was crazy.
