Sunday through Monday night, the 94th Academy Awards took place at the Dolby Theatre. And we have to say that we’re looking forward to it with special trepidation (hoping at least to see the joint debut of Zendaya and Tom Holland, and most Zoe Kravitz and Channing Tatum). All this, unfortunately, did not happen, but there were many bright guests.
If last year we saw an explosion in gold total bows, this time it has been replaced by sequins and red carpet in various variations. By the way, sequins are one of the main trends of the upcoming season. They have become an unspoken symbol of the eternal holiday, appearing at the fashion shows of Dojaka, Halpern, Altuzzara, Michael Kors and Rick Owens at recent New York Fashion Week.
Zendaya showed up wonderfully at the Oscars and opted for a Valentino couture skirt. By the way, the star also preferred this brand last year. Either way, actress Lowe Roach’s stylist did the right thing. One of the most eye-catching images of the piece rightfully belongs to Emilia Jones, who appeared in a silver and gold Dolce & Gabbana dress. Let’s not forget Timothée Chalamet. The actor came to the award in a black Louis Vuitton suit embroidered with sequins.

Jessica Chastain, Demi Singleton, Olivia Colman and Vanessa Hudgens also preferred bright images.
As for red, this choice is far from the newest for Hollywood stars. In 2000, Uma Thurman appeared in a red dress, in 2007 – Nicole Kidman, in 2010 we saw Heidi Klum in a red dress, and in 2015 – Dakota Johnson.

But in Oscar – 2022, the number of images of this color has increased significantly. She collected all the red dresses of the past ceremony.
