Fitness star Tiff Hall was praised for being “raw” with her fans after sharing photos of her breastfeeding and postpartum body. Many said it was great to see such candid photos on their feeds.
Celebrity fitness trainer Tiff Hall was praised for sharing “raw” photos of her body and breastfeeding a few days after giving birth.
The 37-year-old Australian star welcomed her second child, Vada, on May 30.
And days later, the proud mom showed off her baby in a series of gorgeous shots.
In one, the new mom is wearing nothing but underwear as she hugs her new bundle of joy which is wrapped in a cute pink blanket.
The Instagram photos drew a lot of comments from Tiff fans, many of whom praised the star for being “raw” and “real”.
“I love the stark reality of this photo, you are awesome Tiff,” said one.

Another wrote: “It’s so good to see what it really looks like, thank you for sharing with us.”
And another said, “So beautiful, thank you for sharing the real truth.”
Tiff was also nursing her baby in a beautiful natural photo without makeup.
And she opened up about the difficulties of the “fourth quarter”, referring to the first months after giving birth.
“Coming back from the hospital with Vada. Juggling postpartum recovery, promoting sister relationships so that no one feels left out, sleeping and starving food, “she wrote.
“Let the fourth quarter begin. Washing can wait! Some advice?”

The 26-year-old, who rose to fame in Australia’s The Biggest Loser, made history by becoming the first woman to showing her baby bump on the cover of Women’s Health Australia.
Tiff said she was “honored and empowered to be the first pregnant woman to grace the cover of @womenshealthaus magazine”, writing that it was once “taboo to show your belly”.
She gained 30 kg (about 4.7) during her first pregnancy and chose to “take her time” to regain her figure.

“To be honest, I didn’t want to recover from having a baby,” Tiff told news.com.au in March 2019.
“Crash diets and the damage they can have on the body and emotional and mental well-being are not good for new mothers.”
