Sage

Breakfasts are the main Moscow-St. Petersburg collaboration – Sage. If you want to try these, you should wake up early because breakfast is the main menu at 12:30 every day. Chef Dmitry Golenin is responsible for the morning meals here (he interned for a minute at Frantzen, a three-Michelin-starred Swiss restaurant, so the expectations from his menu are at least super cosmic).
Omelettes, scrambled eggs, omelets are here of course (in seven variations), but watch out for future hits – pumpkin pie with spicy dried duck, green buckwheat with boiled and spiced parmesan, and golden curd casserole with cocoa sauce and baked ice cream in Milk.
Forget the traditional cappuccino for the office cafe and try something unique at Sage – sparkling coffee with lime and sage soda or a Colombian coffee-based rum set.
By the way, you can stop by here for breakfast, even if you’re in a hurry, you won’t have to wait more than 10 minutes for any meal.

ramen izakaya bar [KU:] Launched an early breakfast menu in the city. The most interesting option is the traditional Japanese breakfast. Have you ever wondered what samurai eat in the morning? We didn’t even know until we saw it with our own eyes. Miso soup, rice, salmon steak with green salad and a million small snacks: fermented natto beans, hiyayako tofu, asazuke, onsen tamago with dashi, enoki mushrooms, grated daikon, tamago yaki with agedashi sauce (no pancakes or boiled, no On the menu croissants, no pancakes though). Don’t ask, just come to town in the morning and try it yourself. This set was designed by Japanese chef Ken Miyasaka to ensure its authenticity.
We warn you, some classic Japanese dishes probably won’t come the first time, but you can tell your friends you’ve tried natto beans like in the anime.

People

Hooray, our favorite pancakes with yogurt have moved to the breakfast menu, and the lahmacuns (in mini versions) on the main menu have also arrived – mortadella, harissa, a mix of Caucasian greens and spicy peppers, and salmon and red caviar in a walnut sauce, with cumin and Zaatar. But if something completely unusual did not occur here, people would not be talking about Folk with such longing – Iranian omelette according to the family recipe of chef Mark Shah Akbari. Of course it’s better to try once, but it won’t hurt to reread it a few times either. It is a poached egg with spicy tomato matbuha sauce with baked eggplant, coriander, pomegranate and freshly baked tortilla in a copper pan.
Their own “Folk breakfast” is also available, it includes the best of oriental cuisine: salad with tomatoes and baked eggplant, fried eggs, hummus, Caucasian greens, fried beef sausage, grilled grapes and Chechen cheese.
Wash it down with Ruslan Mingazov’s Iced Coffee, made with filter coffee made from Brazilian mojian grains, lumi sagan-daile syrup, and coconut foam, or Cereal with Coffee soda and apricot sorbet.

maroon

Breakfasts have also popped up at Middle Eastern restaurant Maroon. In addition to the obvious classics (cheesecakes and scrambled eggs), here are two sets that will take you straight from the Taras Shevchenko set to the holy land of Israel or sunny Turkey.
The Israeli set includes traditional challah, spicy shakshuka, classic Lebanese hummus, muhammara, matbuha, kaimak, fresh vegetables, avocado, dates, baklava, and strawberries. Turkish – scrambled eggs with ham, cheese, olives, fresh vegetables, matsoni, Lebanese hummus, manakish, fragrant churek with sesame from the oven and (that’s not all – sweet!) strawberries, honey, jam, Turkish delight and dates .
If that’s not enough, you can finish the appetizer breakfast (choose from 15 flavors, from beet hummus to baba ganoush with eggplant). They will bring cakes from the wood oven, but we advise you not to spare your figure and order more churek with sesame seeds – this is where the true oriental fairy tale lies!

Sartoria Lamberti

Breakfasts at Sartoria Lamberti are divided into two types: open buffet for hotel guests and a la carte menu valid from 11-16 on weekends. The most interesting thing at breakfast (with the exception of the food, of course) is to watch how the waiters change. Transitioning from formal suits to silk pajamas, such foresight is admirable. What did you want from a gastronomic (primarily) workshop, though?
Eggs Benedict, cheesecake, waffles and cereals for breakfast are served here with froth. And they offer to replace the classic potato pancakes with hash coffee, served with homemade salted salmon slices and boiled spinach.
Time: 11:00 – 16:00 on weekends

#SiberianSiberian

Breakfast lasts until lunch at Siberian Denis Ivanov’s restaurant, so there’s no need to rush. There are unusual cereals on the menu, for example, from pine nuts with sea buckthorn or lingonberry sorbet, Yakut pancakes (it is convenient to take with you), the most morning cocktail in the author’s performance is Mimosa with northern cloudberry (coffee for wimps ).
And our variation of the classic English breakfast – “Siberian” – looks like this: eggs “in a bag”, homemade roast beef, fried porcini and oyster mushrooms, spinach, bacon and grilled tomatoes.
Hours: 9:00 – 14:00 on weekdays, 9:00 – 16:00 on weekends

“People”

Bohemian weekend brunches are already a tradition at Publica. Surely you know that the most satisfying ones are gathered in “Breakfast in the Community” (scrambled eggs or halloumi omelet, toast with guacamole to which you can add your choice of crispy bacon or lightly salted salmon) and oatmeal with coffee. Banana is addictive.
On weekdays, you can now also have breakfast here until five o’clock in the evening. Three morning positions have been added to the main menu (albeit a bit for now, but better than no breakfast at all) – cheesecake with cherry jam, shakshuka and buckwheat bread, and salmon with butter.
Time: from 12 to 17 on weekdays, from 12 to 15 on weekends
Address: Staraya Basmannaya, 18, building 4
“Innocent Bar”

Do you have breakfast in a bar? Why. Here it is worth going through the morning classics – cozy avocado toast, potato pancakes with sour cream, cream buckwheat with parmesan. You can add truffles, sausages, avocados, salmon (and down the list) to anything, or make your own like a designer.
Cheesecake and baby petit fours are suitable for those who are used to eating sweets for breakfast. And don’t forget that for the sparkle of the eyes, a glass of sparkling wine is offered for every breakfast (it’s a wine bar, after all, well, without it).
Hours: 09:00 – 12:00 on weekdays, 10:00 – 15:00 on weekends
Address: st. Usacheva, 26
bambini

You can now have a pleasant breakfast on weekends at the Bambini gastronomic cocktail bar, located in a renovated garage in the courtyard of the house.
Bambini chef Pavel Kazmin recently introduced a bohemian weekend brunch tradition. You can have a late and hearty breakfast, for example a burger with Italian mortadella, stracciatella and eggs, a light scrambled egg with porcini mushrooms, arugula and parmesan, or a well-balanced breakfast – crispy grilled lettuce salad with vitello tonnato sauce and eggs. But in order not to get into a boring healthy lifestyle, you should add a light morning cocktail, it’s all the same on the weekend.

“Height 5642”

If you haven’t had time to visit the Caucasus this spring (as most of your friends already do), stop by Vysoto 5642 for breakfast, then you can continue the conversation about the aromas of homemade mountain herbs. cottage cheese and cheese and local “breakfast” traditions. What is a Kabardian omelet with sour cream! In general, there are many things at once with sour cream – Kabardian porridge (contains sour cream, cheese and eggs, served with yogurt) or millet porridge with eggs, cheese and the same sour cream.
And here the most delicious maple walnuts are cooked.
